Fast food
So ever since lets say june last year i've been eating fast food as every meal of the day. I work/go to school about 10 miles from home and am at school or work pretty much from 9am-9pm everyday. So my question is what can i do to possibly cut down my fast foodage to about one time a day?
PS. Sometimes i even mess up toast so cooking really isn't an option thx (btw my cholestreol, weight, sugar levels are all better then what they should be so my health really hasnt changed much since i started eating so unhealty) |

try going to a supermarket and buying a pot of sliced fruits, i.e. melons, oranges, kiwis, etc. they can fill up up for a few hours and it's healthy too. or prepare yourself a decent sandwich before you leave home. is there not a canteen at your school than provides good meals throughout the day?

I usually have no time/choice and have to eat out for lunch everyday.
I stick to lean meat sandwiches from Togos/Subway/Quiznos/SafeWay/Albertsons/etc.

There are a few cafeterias at my school (UCSD), but the food isn't much better than fast food. Money isn't really a thing, since i spend $5-7 on each meal at fast food places. Will i be ok if i just work out/do cardio and keep my same lifestyle? Oh and about those fruit things, are they the ones that come packed and read to eat? If its those i can get a few of those.

yeah the ready to eat sliced fruits. you really should stay away from mcdonalds and the like. that kind of stuff is only ok in moderation. it provides no nutrition whatsoever and is poor for you. don't starve your system of natural goodness!
