I Got My Cast Off!

As some of you may know...I broke my right ring finger two months ago, so I had a cast on for about two months. I got the cast taken off two weeks ago and started hitting the gym and boy does it feel good to start lifting again! What suprised me the most is that I still have most of my strength. I rep a few pounds less in most exercises, but it's still fairly close, which makes me happy. I thought I would have lost all my strength. Only downside is that I gained a few pounds as well as losing 1 inch circumference wise on my arms.

Also, I'm undergoing REHAB since I basically lost the ability to move my right index finger at the first joint from the knuckle. I highly doubt I'll gain full movement in my finger anytime soon.

Anyways. just wanted to share since there's absolutely NO HIGH like coming home from the gym PUMPED!
