I stay away from mayo as much as I can. I will order my food without it. If it comes with it, such as on a sandwish, I wipe off as much as possible without a napkin.

However, I shouldn't be talking...my diet has been horrible lately.

Mayo is really tough to give up. It makes a sandwich taste so much better but it has has TOO much fat. I am looking for alternatives. Right now I like honey mustard as the main spread in my sandwiches.

Just use mustard, dammit.

Honestly, mayo won't kill you, but it's an easy way to cut out 10-15g of fat and 100-150 calories. It's one easy daily step to lose weight.

The "Original" Healthy Tuna Salad:

1) Extra virgin olive oil
2) drop of balsamic vinegar
3) lots of lemon juice
4) American or Dijon Mustard
5) Chopped onion or onion powder (if you're lazy)
6) Chopped tomatoes
7) Chopped cucumbers
8) Salt & black pepper
