Pork meat

guys, I've heard that pork's fat is harder to get rid of while exercising (I eat bacon once in a while) will this ruin my program (especially that I want to get a six pack for the summer)

dunno about pork fat being any harder to get rid of but the grease from the bacon sure will put a damper on it
