ne1 got tasty & easy FISH recipes?

i've been eating way too much redmeat & i wanna start eating more fish!! so i went out and got me some flounder & swordfish fillets lastnite!! but i got no clue how to cook this stuff... someone help??? and plz let's stick to somethin simple & fast to make!!!

Salmon marinated in SoyVay overnight. I prefer to BBQ it to keep the smell out of the house but a broiler will work good too. I don't know how this would go with swordfish or flounder though. You can always use the standby of breadcrumbs and eggwhites for a batter and then add lemon juice to taste.
