I need more speed

Hello Fanatics. I recently returned to martial arts. This past weekend I fought in a local tournament and felt sloooow. What are some ways to increase my foot and hand speed? Thanks for the help.

plyometrics

look it up..it specifically targets your fast-twitch muscles, which are essential for speed.

Get your power from lifting weights, get your speed from plyometrics.
