Natural Appetite Suppresants*

Not amphetamines, but food, drinks or herbs that naturaly reduce your appetite. Do they exist ? I'm looking for something that doesn't have stimulant like side-effects and is completely legal...

You don't want to suppress your appetite, you simply want to keep it in control with portions. This is best done with 4-6 meals a day, that way you won't experience insulin spikes or rises in blood sugar levels resulting in you being more tired and more hungry an hour or so after. Suppressing your appetite means you aren't eating frequently enough (difference between frequency and volume) and you will just slow down your metabolism.

If you are serious, super hydrating is an awesome way to keep yourself from getting too hungry. you wont be comfortable or "full" by any means but it'll get the job done. ive gone thru days of fasting like this... (not a choice! simply pressed for time, with health being not top priority)

high fiber whole grain foods too maybe? im eating whole grain chex right now and its filling me up more than my previous meal of chicken, noodles, and rice.
