Changing you eating habits!! for one, then a workout routine. Whether it's walking, jogging, or joining a fitness club.

stop drinking soft drinks, drink a whole bunch of water, and cut back on unnecesarily unhealthy meals (aka mcdonalds at 10pm when you suddently have a midngith hunger)

theres nothing better for weight loss than a diet change.

all the working out and cardio in the world cant make up for a bad diet

A well balanced diet of protein/carbs/fats. You need all 3. Just try to get in most of your carbs early in the day, and your healthy fats at night. Protien should be consumed at every meal, eat at least 5-6 meals throughout the day, and drink lots of water. Doesn't get anymore basic than that. Now you just gotta find a way to get it to work for you.

Cardio 4 times a week for atleast 20-30 minutes. The amount of fat lost when increasing from 3-4 days a week would suprise you.

Don't eat fast food or drink soft drinks - helps alot.

I'd suggest a diet but realistically I know not everyone is as strict with this **** as me so there's no point.
