How to remove these water spots?

These water spots will not come off with regular soap/water. They are spawns of satan for all I know. Anyone have a recommendation of what to get this stuff off with?

I plan to get some products after looking at the recommondations. Here is what I'm getting:
Shampoo
Poorboy's Super Slick & Suds

Clay
Clay Magic
Poorboy's Spray & Wipe QD

Polish
Klasse All-In-One

Glaze
Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze

Sealant
Menzerna Full Mollecular Jacket
Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield

Wax
P21s Concours Carnauba Wax
Going through the process of :
Wash / Dry using P21s Bodywork Conditioning Shampoo
Clay Bar using Clay Magic and Poorboy's Spray & Wipe QD
Re-wash / Dry
Klasse All-In-One
Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze
Menzerna Full Molecular Jacket
Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield
Menzerna Full Molecular Jacket
Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield
Menzerna Full Molecular Jacket
Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield
P21s Concours Carnauba Wax x2
Will this get the crap off my car? The big ones have been there when I washed my car at a relative's house.
