Question Pics of the rims I narrowed my search, what yall like best?

Ok, finally narrowed it down to these for my 02 white CI. Got the Black wheels from ASA, and these 2 from AZA that I don't hear much about on here but they look hot and have a nice lip...anyone running these they have a 35mm offset (18x8.5f and 18x9.5r) and of course the CSL reps.. I think the AZA wheels look best but how strong are they and the weights? I dunno holla out your opinions

Offsets....

Once you've decided on which "Wheel" you want to purchase, I sugguest that you do some ReSearch on the proper OFFSETS.

I have wheels that are the same staggered sizes you want to buy and it's a very "aggressive" setup and with 35mm offsets your're looking at major tire "rubbing" issues depending on (1) if you're going to lower your car now and (2) what tire size are you going to run (225/40 vs 235/40 in the front & 245/35 vs 255/35 in the rear).

Here's my setup as an example: I'm lowered, fronts wheels are on 235/40s and the wheel offset is 44mm, no rubbing at all.

My rear wheels are on 255/35's with a 41mm offset and I "rubbed" with people in the rear seat and or on hard whoopties in the road surface. Rolled the rear fenders and no more rubbing.

So do some SEARCHing by your wheel & preferred tire size re: your proper Offsets before you make your wheel purchase. Good luck

+40 front +45 rear will mean no rubbing with 255 wide tires on rear 225 on front

Yea, I'm just keepin the sport suspension...no lower and want 18's. From what I hear an ideal set up like the CSL reps for example...around 40+mm offset, 225/40/18.5 in front and 255/35/19.5 in the back...I understand no rubbing issues with that setup? I do like the look of those aza mesh styles but they come in 35mm offset. But they have a CI with them on their website so I assume it's not an issue...I'm just curious why nobody mentions these wheels, to me they seem like the popular CSL style with a fat lip...found like 2 posts that even mention them

..I dunno thanks for the info

Might just stick with the Velocity motoring csl's....wish they had a decent lip though... the aza's have a 35mm offset I beleive...would this be too aggressive for a coupe?

Yea after further searching I scratched the AZA...But a new player Beyern mesh has come into play...now it's either those, asa AR1 black or silver, or the CSL's reps from modbargains. Damnit, why must this be so damn difficult! And I see the Beyerns have 40front offset and 45 rear offset..these are lookin better and better hmmm
