lookin nice. if i may recommend the oppo dvd player, i have it hooked up to my 46in sammy and it looks great (upgraded from the same philips dvp602). and the oppo plays all the home made cd's/dvd's like the philips.

i've always wondered if these upscaling dvd players are worth it. is it? i'm debating if i should get one of these or just wait for the hd-dvd player or blu-ray to come out.
