What should I pay for a 540?

Hey guys, my father is looking currently at a 03 540i with 36,000 miles on it.

It's an automatic, with grey exterior and the montana leather (black), has

the m-sport package, xenon's, burr walnut wood trin, navigation, homelink

system, auto dimming mirrors etc... sticker on it's $

39,895 located at a stealership has the 4 year 50,000 warrany ...

Thoughts on price, information, etc. Thanks for all the help.

I've found KBB to be pretty inaccurate.

Edmunds.com is a much better source.

Already checked out kbb thanks was wondering information from a more personal source...i.e. an owner of one ?

^ Click off the options it has, the miles, condition, color, etc and see what values it gives you (private party, retail, CPO).
