The TFT7210R is the most compact and space efficient rack mount 17" flat panel monitor offered by HP today. The TFT7210R is the next generation 1U retractable TFT flat panel monitor. It provides a full 17" viewing screen when needed and tucks away in only 1U of rack space when not being used. This product has been designed to accommodate/function with the HP KVM switches to mount behind the unit, allowing further space savings in the HP10000/E series racks and the legacy 9000 series racks.

I have two of these, have to get rid of one to buy some Scuba equipment.

They include the LCD, Power Cord, Orig Box, and rack mount rail kit. Only opened to power up, then put the plasic cover back over the screen and boxed back up.
