Paid promptly for a used E46 gray All-weather Mat set thru PayPal. Had me patiently waiting for close to two months (i.e. on vacation, very busy or checking with USPS) and now wants me to shoulder shipping cost for items that were never received. You judge if that is fair/reasonable deal????

I proved that I shipped. Did everything possible to find out what happened and even offered you a refund for the price paid for the mats... No body ever refunds shipping. I am not a company and things do get lost in the mail. You did not purchase nor request insurance and now want ME to be your insurance policy. How is that fair? I have been more than fair and you want to trash me on-line??? Not cool.

All offers have now been withdrawn. I wish you luck with the USPS and I will assist in any way I can in helping you obtain a refund from them.

Here's a simple question?

Had I paid insurance do you think USPS will do refund for item they have never received? Pls check status of USPS tracking# 9102 1288 8230 0447 1919 87 that you provided me and tell me if USPS has already confirm to you that they had actually received your package for shipment. This tracking# has no update since 3/08/06. Until that happens in the eyes of USPS there is no package shipped nor missing so what should I be claiming for? Nice try ...

This is plain and simple.

You claim that you shipped the E46 Rubber Mat set sold. USPS's stand is that they have not receive yr package for shipment. So bottomline the problem is confined between you and USPS and should supposedly be sorted out at yr end. So can you pls help me understand why yr immediate decision is to just penalize the buyer instead? If that is your definition of you being more than fair, pls translate. As far as yr reasoning that 'Nobody ever refunds shipping', do you really think that makes sense or apply to this situation???

BTW, this follow-up does not only involve shipping cost. Seller has not refunded a single cent of the total amount paid. He has decided to ignore and has considered this case closed.
