will these ACS wheels fit an '01 330Ci?

Will the following AC Schnitzer Type III wheels fit my 330Ci (prefacelift)?

FRONTS.
245/35/19 fronts. 8.5 X 19 offset ET15
REARS
265/30/19 Rears. 9.5 X 19 offset ET21.5

or will fender(s) need to be rolled? I have m3 FRONT fenders, but stock 330Ci rear fenders.
thanks.
sL

You won't be able to accomodate the rears with 330Ci fenders, even with rolling.

Your welcome...for 330Ci the offset can be anywhere from 35 to 45, just incase you wanted to know...

i've been told that i could get the rears to fit if i run 235/35/19 tires (with the ET 21.5 offset rims)? i know u mentioned the offset is the issue, so is what i'm being told misleading? thanks

235 is too stretched for a 9.5 rim.
I hope you got these wheels dirt cheap or free. They really don't fit your car -- offset needs to be 40-45 as Hosagod said.

a 9.5" wide rim is too wide for only a 235 tire...the sides of the rim will be exposed (and vulnerable to damage) and the tire will look too narrow for the rim.
