Only the fronts will fit. M3 has more aggressive offset on the rears than 330Ci

Yes,I think the offset fro M3 is something like +18 to +24, 330Ci is +38 to 40 something. My previous ZHP Ci was +46

xxx89023 - The offsets for the OEM E46 M3 wheels are:

standard 18's (cast)
Front: 18x8 +47
Rear: 18x9 +26

optional 19's (forged)
Front: 19x8 +41
Rear: 19x9.5 +27

If you mount those M3 rear wheels on your 330ci, the outer lip would be sticking out at least 10-15mm outside of your rear fender.

thanks guys, thanks alot. i own the wheels, and im trying to sell them. some one with a 03 330ci was asking if they would fit. so your saying that they will fit, but they will stick out? am i right.
