Am I burning right through my "cheat meal"?
One question I have about my cheat meals. I have a cheat meal every 5 to 7 days. It's enough to keep me motivated on a healthier lifestyle. Withought a cheat meal here and there we would all go crazy.
Well my question is that when I cheat I really cheat hard. My last cheat meal I ate an entire large pizza with with a side order of bread sticks (12) a 2 liter of diet coke. Now, is this bad for my heart? Is it too much fat and colories all at once? Also I notice that the next day I havent gained a single pound, why? Does it take my body a couple of days to process all the fat?

thats a lot of food, the most I can kill on a single sit down when I cheat is a medium pizza or a 12" sub. just seems like you would get too full... how fast are you eating? giveyour body a little time to digest between pieces so you won't end up eating as much. at least you are pounding diet soda
