Another damn injury....

Was benching today and worked my way up to about 305 and was going to go for about 4-6 reps. I took it down for the first rep and then as I went to lift back up I heard a ripping sound(my spotter heard it too) and now the area where my shoulder and pec connects hurts SO SO SO SO bad. I have ice on it right now and if it does not feel better by morning, I will head to the doctor. I am done with benching, it is nothing but injuries once you get up in weight and are as light as I am.

yeah I stopped benching after junior year in high school, absolutely killed my shoulder. Of course I originally messed it up most likely because of its lack of muscle and playing middle linebacker = pain, go figure
