is the probolic stuff better than just getting 100% casein for bedtime? i've never bothered with shakes at night and just stuck to ff cottage cheese but i just did the math on how much im spending on cottage cheese vs how much it would cost to make shakes and i think ill be switching to shakes

That's a fallacy. Just because you are cutting does not mean you want to cut out all fruit. Furthermore, while it is important to increase protein intake over the day, that does not mean that you want to balance out your carbs. You still want to maintain fair balance of carbs/protein/fat.

No way! Just because you are bulking doesn't mean you can eat whatever. Keep it clean, at least 95% of the time.

I keed, I keed! I joka with you!

I keep it pretty clean year-round. My bodyfat doesn't go above 13% even on a full bulk. But I will admit... if I'm really trying to pack on the pounds, anything with a decent amount of protein in it (read: burgers) is fair game.

After a full-on one month bulk going from ~169 to ~182, I've still got the outline of abs at rest and can pull them into an 8-pack

I usually make a tuna sandwich using a canned tuna on two whole wheat breads with some provolone cheese or something. Or I just mix a tablespoon of salsa in some canned tuna or canned chicken. I eat some fruits too since I loveee fruits.

That is true, but you want to cut out most of your carbs at night. You should be eating most of your carbs in the morning and afternoon (PWO meal as well of course).

ya fruit at night has too much sugar and too many carbs. That can prevent from falling asleep and is just to much energy/sugar/carbs to consume before bed.
