Urgent Xenon retrofit trim question

Guys,

I need some help installing some bi-xenons on my '02 325i sedan.

I originally had the halogens, and I got some bi-xenons and am installing them right now.

However, once I put the trim underneath the bulbs back on, there is a gap:

here is the left side, before I installed the xenon assembly. No gap.

Is there a new trim piece I have to order? I'm trying to take a road trip tonight, and have an appointment to get the ECU flashed this afternoon....

any help is much appreciated!

comparing the lower trim to your passenger side and driver, it seems as though the drivers side trim isn't fitted correctly? It may just be the angle of the camara though, but just take a look at the trim near the corner lense.

it doesn't look like you put the trim in right. as BMW Loe said, check the side near the corner lense. the bottom clip looks out of place.

I had the same thing happend with my car when I put xenons in, you have to unscrew either the top or lower bolts and repostion the light.

Try his advice as well. I always leave the screws unscrewed until I mount the corner light and lower trim piece, that way I can still move the headlight up/down left/right so everything fits as it should.
