College Workout

Anyone have some tips for a college student workout program? I consider myself in shape (6', 162 lbs, 14% bodyfat). I'd like to gain a significant amount of muscle by new years. Here's what I'm doing right now (and have been for about two months)

Day 1: Flat Bench (sometimes dumbbell bench)
Incline Bench
Arnold Press (shoulder press with dumbbells)
Clean
Upright Rows
"Hanging Pikes" (can't do the real thing yet so I do it on an incline)

Day 3: Leg Press
Standing Calf Raise
Seated Calf Raise
Roman Chair crunches

Day 5: Deadlift
Seated Rows
That T-bar thingamajig
various ab exercise

In between are off days. My biggest problem is time. Right now I workout at 8am before class so I have to watch the time. Any tips would be appreciated.

squats instead of leg press on leg day. Add lunges as well
Add chinups to your routine as well

Switch your rep rhthymn as well. Going 5 reps x 5 sets on your exerices will give you good gains - esp. with compound exercises such as squats, deads and bench. Do for 4-6 weeks, and then vary the reps again.

Since you're not doing a lot of exercises, REALLY focus on your deads/cleans/bench/squats It will help give you a nice powerful base.
