Workout Progress ...
It's 4am and i figured why not waste more time? Anyway, read through the workout and eating threads and have made some progress on my specs in trying to obtain a lean body.
Before workout: Bench: 135 lbs (about 5 reps) Curl: about 45 lbs Pullups: difficulty with 2 sets of 8 reps Progress (after 2 months): Bench: 175 (5 reps) Curl 60 lbs Pullups: easily do 2 sets of 10 Here has been my workout regimen so far ---- weights 3x a week and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 2-3x a week. When i do weights, I go for heaviest with fewest reps and then work out light weights with high reps. Also, my body weight has dropped from 146 to 136. I'm about 5'7. Now i'm trying to gain some of that weight back but in a good way. Any suggestions? Thanks for all the great advice guys! Especially about eating ... didin't realize how much of body sculpting is attributed to proper dieting. |

Usually do 3 sets of 10. I'm currently doing 155lbs. My condo's gym is small though and I have to use the machine, not a real bench press.

I HATE THAT. I have the same problem at my condo. I'm use warming up with 190, repping 225+, and at my gym they only have a machine that goes to 170. So I'm trying to make up for it with more push ups using my own body weight.

Depends, if you're taking in atleast 1.5 grams of protein for ever pound you weigh, then you might need to just adjust just your carbs. But in general, you need to adjust all aspects of your diet to w/e goal you need
