How to install VisionBulbs HID kit??

Just got a package from VisionBulbs... Does anyone know of a manual on how to install these. I get the general idea but some connections are unclear to me. This kit did not come with a manual so im kind of lost.

Its an H7 hid kit going on a 330cia with p46s. Jlevi: Where are my p46s?

I looked at that but my bulbs came with four wires going into the rubber grommet. Two go to the bulbs and 2 just have flat connectors on the end. Where do these go? Also the battery harness has some green plug with two flat connector pins.
