Lightbulb !!??==>M3 mirrors for Sedan!!

Does anyone know how hard it is to fit the E36 m3 mirrors onto an E46 sedan. I keep hearing that it will work, and have a chance to get some. Any help would be greatly appreciated here, thanx

the real things don't work.. unless u really wanna spend a crapload of money on modding the baseplate. blitz.com sells e36 mirrors for e46.

i have a set of e36 m3 mirrors in the shop right now. Ultimateone has a set too

Do you know if the Blitz ones will fit?

What are you doing to the ones you have in the shop? I contacted Blitz, and they said that the ones they sell are actually for the E36, but from what they have heard, and quote, "they should fit on the sedans." Beats me if he is just BS'n or what, but thanx for the input!

UltimateOne just got CF e36 M3 mirrors on his sedan.

I don't know about anyone else, but to me the Hagus mirrors are pretty much the exact same thing, hard to tell them apart...

Full Time Hitman can import some Japan I believe, but they are hella expensive. Like $600 or something. Send him an email for info.

Hey Blue, did you buy your mirrors from Blitz? Are those the ones you said fit perfectly?

They weren't from blitz, because I couldn't get a hold of them but I can tell they are 100% identical to those ones. I forgot which site I got it from tho. As for how they work, I will find out soon. The quality looks pretty good. Its solidly constructed ABS plastic. Its a little rough around the edges, but hey, thats why they go to the bodyshop to get prepped

And the Hagus design is waaay different from the e36 style. Its got like a huge divot in the front. The e36m3 mirror is smoother in the front.. more angular. Tough to explain just by words

Well Ive decided to go with the mirrors from blitz that have the turn lights

They gave me a deal I couldnt refuse, so I bought a pair of the mirrors with turn signals in them. I know it looks kinda funny, but hey my car is black, and if I dont like them, I probably just tint them. I just hope that they will fit and work. thanx for the iput guys
