Who Here drives Their Car??

Saw this on a G35 forum site, lets hear it guys, WHO do you let drive your bimmer? Who has driven it? are you protective of it?

Ill start, Only 2 close buddies have driven my car, i let noone drive it, heard some bad stuff about letting people drive it so i never do.

Only my wife which has been about 4 times.. we only have the one car.

For each one of those 4 times...

"Drive careful, don't lose the key they're expensive, use extreme caution take this route it has less traffic, drive careful, don't rush, did I mention drive careful?"

Had my dad's friend drive my car with me in passanger seat. I wanted to see how it feels when you stomp on 3.0L I6. I can say that it gave me goosebumps. Now, I understand why my gf keeps telling me to accelerate slower

only my brothers, no one else has driven my car

Im the same way with my cars. On my other car (BBC 72 Nova) I have a hidden switch where I can choose between rev limits, so I have one setting under 3K whenever I have to take it in to get the front end aligned. I came back to pick it up once and one of the mechanics said the engine was missing. So I yelled at him " were you doing driving my car around!? On the lift, off the lift, no more! "...

only me and my girlfriend, ....and my dad once after a big snowstrom because i couldnt get up our steep driveway so i parked it at the bottom near the street, a few minutes later i hear revving and look outside hes coming up the driveway sideways lol

my mother, i said

"dont touch switchs, listen to radar detector,and dont even try parking close to curb"

I let just about anyone drive my car. I think it is dumb to be anal about that kind of stuff.

So far, only my parents and me. I don't let my sister drive it because she doesn't really slow down on speed bumps and stuff like that. My parents drive really slow, so i guess that's fine with me. Other than that, one close friend, and that's it!

everyone but my twin brother.....hahaha

I'll let any of my friends drive any car I had if they know how to drive 5speed. Except my old riced out jetta because the bumper was so low to the ground.

My dad drove it for the first time a few weeks ago. A week later he lays this weird passive-agressive trip on me: "It's wonderful how smooth your car shifts and drives . . . it was particularly exciting for the people behinde me when I tried to get started on that hill when I was trying to distinguish reverse from first from third! And the alarm that went off when I used the key to open the door - it eventually went off after driving for a while."

Jeeeezus - never again.

I used to be REALLY cautious and my cousin was the only person to drive it. But now I realize its just a car, who cares. I beat the sh!t out of it daily and it's still running strong, so someone redlining it once or twice isnt really going to hurt.

I've let friends drive it when i'm drunk.. and i always harrass them to go faster, get aggressive etc.. if my wife wants to drive though.. she has to wait till i'm asleep and steal the keys she can't drive for sh*t! she hits cars just parking in a damn parking garage!

Nobody except the select few guys who helped me put my mods on.

Nobody drives my car. Not because its anything too special but none of my friends can afford to fix it if they f**k it up. Not even my girlfriend of 3 years has driven it. If she messes it up I have to fix it. Plus a wrecked car can ruin a friendship. My car is my *****!!

i only let ppl who kno how to drive stick drive my car. no1 else. only person ive taught is my sister.
