what is the best way to test if angel eyes are working or not?

i recently purchased an angel eye halo kit (titanium) from a member on this board, the kit was brand new but i tried testing each of the halos and none of them light up..is ther any other way to test the halos other than positive and negative??

i figured i was testing them incorrectly and thought maybe they would work once i got the entire kit installed, so i went ahead and installed the kit twice (re-wired it once i realized the first time didnt work) but the halos still do not light up... you can hear the buzzing when you turn the ignition to two but nothing lights up.. any other ways i can trouble shoot to see whats wrong?

any help is appreciated.. thanks guys!

My Ride: E92 soon?
fastest way is to connect the rings to the ballast, then red to + battery, black to chassis. If the relay is installed, put the remote wire to the + battery.

Not sure where you can get replacement titanium halos but if you want to get some chromium ones you can buy 4 rings and 2 ballasts in an "Upgrade Kit" which is $129.99 on our website. It should work with the titanium harness.

Hey try ebay I just bought some for my 328ci for around $89. They do have just the rings without the invertor kit which brings up the price...Good luck.
