Predator Chromiums vs. Thinlines????

Hello all........... I was just checking up the DDE's for my car. What is the major difference between the predator chromiums and the thinlines?
I take it the chromiums are brighter? I want the DDE's, but i have seen some pictures where they are sooooo bright and I don't really like it (unless it is because they are in chrome housings)
I don't want the DDE's to shine, I just want a clean circle without any glare. Anyone have the 6000k predators on a facelift coupe? Are they extremely bright or do they give a lot of glare at night?
Thank you

I think it depends on the brigthness. I have the 3000K chroniums OEM look and it looks similar to the new 5 series. And it looks like them when the xenon is on.

The difference lies in the fact that Chromiums have an enhanced plastic housing over the bare ring that prevents glare into the back of the housing and creates a fuller more OEM ring.

As far as being too bright, the reason it looks like they just fill the housing is because the camera is not setup correctly. Here is what our Chromiums look like under normal conditions:
