Brightest Halos/AngelEyes ?

What are the brightest possible halos/angel-eyes/DDEs whatever they're called now a days.. I need to buy 2 sets for my '02 M3 and my '02 330i. I don't care about colour, i just want the brightest ones possible. What's the brightest kind available?
Also do i have to bake the headlights to take them apart or can they be taken apart without warming them up? (i've never done this before!!)
