My Ride: 2002 996TT
Will this fit?!

Stock OEM 18's with PS2's from a 2003 M3 Coupe, 225Fronts, 255Rears.

On To A:

Stock 2004 325ci Convert.

If so, how, please explain in detail.

No. They will bolt on, but the rears will stick out very far to the side due to the aggresive offsets. The rear offsets on M3s are about 20 i belive, and for the e46, rears should be about 40-45 for wide wheels....

non-m wheels fit on the M w/ spacers.. but theres no way to do it the other way around.
