Spacer question

Sorry, this is an Audi question. My other car is a B5 2001 Audi S4 and I have some 18" Milli Miglia Evo wheels from a B6 2004 Audi S4. You would think these wheels would fit a 2001 S4 but it doesn't. It rubs on the front brake caliper. Where can I get a spacer to make these wheels fit? or is this futile to get it to fit on my 2001 S4?

Thanks in advance,

2002 Porsche 911 Turbo, 6spd, Kenwood DNX-5120 Nav/Stereo.

2001 Audi S4, 6spd Sport,Premium,Cold Weather, Bose, Stasis Tracksport 600/700 coilovers, Euro code HIDs, Phatbox, Nav Plus, OZ Superleggera 18x8, 3M Clear Bra.
