Will HRE 547's fit on my E46 M3?

My friend has HRE 547 's for his 1995 E36 M3. He's selling his car so I'm thinking about buying them. He needs spacers for them to fit on his car, but would these rims fit on my E46 M3?

I know the E36 and E46 have similiar bolt patterns, but I'm not sure if the offset is the same. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

He actually might have the same fitment as a NON-M. You might have to run spacers in the rear like 20MM+ to push his rear wheels out to your fender. Whats the width size he's running in the rear, 9.5? More info is needed
