Iforged= Crappy Customer Service= Lost Customer

So here's the deal... I purchased a used 2003.5 M3 that had a missing rim emblem. The person that I purchased it from said he already ordered it and it "should" be coming in the next week. He showed me the order form and everything. So a WHOLE MONTH GOES by and he and I are repeatedly calling IFORGED WITH NO F*CK**G answer. They do not answer their calls or their emails. I even called a shop I go through to get some sponsor influence and they won't get back to him either....

All I want is a freakin' rim emblem. What would happen if there was a bigger issue?!?!?!? The rim may be good I give them that but I value customer service just as much. IF ANY IFORGED PERSON listens to this feel free to PM me to correct this issue. It's been over month and half and to me- that's just piss poor. ANSWER YOUR FREAKIN' PHONE!!!!! Thanks guys for listening but I NEEDED to vent- my car is driving around w/ a missing emblem (GHETTO) and to me I'm picky on how it looks.

To update this thread- after a day of posting on this forum I got a response back from an Iforged rep... go figure they check this website daily but don't pick up their phones or answer their voice messages...

After paying 67 bucks for 4 rim emblems- they supposively do not sell just 1 emblem which is ALL I NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE (why not just give them to me after spending 4G's on rims... and for going through all this crap??) I get these emblems on Wed. so I'll let you guys know if they are in fact made differently... Honestly- 67 bucks is outrageous to pay for the rim emblems but I'm so FREAKIN' fed up with this bs I'll pay it and never have to deal with them again.
