Eclipse AVN5435 Touchscreen Navigation DVD

I had this in my ///M for about 4 months - maybe only 2-3k miles...

Works great... IMO I think it is the best of the double din units out there

2 seperate disk drives so you can run NAV and play a CD at the same time!!!!
plays many media formats, as well as burned media.
The amount of POI's is insane.
No scratches on the screen, or the unit
Car was never smoked in either..
No greasy fingers either

Already removed from the car ready for shipment....
there should also still be another 1.5 years remaining on the warranty as this was purchased through an Authorized Eclipse dealer.

***Only problem When removing from my car. I broke the clip off the wire for the NAV antenna, you will need to get a replacement ($55 from eclipse) otherwise perfect condition****

I'm not trying to downplay your sale but this unit sells for 1,199.99 brand new on the crutchfield website. They are an authorized reseller, so the pioneer warranty would cover it. You should probably think about lowering your price if you want to sell it. Just trying to help out as I know that most people do research beforing spending this much money. Your going to have a hard time selling it at this price.

I had one on my last car, 350Z. (thats one of the popular AVN5435 upgraders since it fits so well and looks good in the Z)
And they buy/sell all the time.
I got mine for 1650 back that time from the dealer and these days, it goes around 750-900 in my350z.com forum.

im getting this for christmas.....but wondered if u were selling the mount for this if u did have one, did you have to get a custom bracket made?

Rob - I sent you 2 PMs about the LEDs and LCM you sold me on the other thread. I saw you were online so I sent you another PM. You're now offline and I haven't received a response. I hope that's just because you were busy and that you'll get back to me tomorrow.

No fingers being pointed... I just hope we can resolve the issue soon.

mike2l3, and anybody else thinking about buying this system - I would refrain from doing business with Rob until he steps up and chooses to resolve the issues with my purchase.

I asked Rob twice whether the LCM he was selling had the "Auto" headlights function, and both times he said "yes", so I chose to buy that, too. I received the package with all the lighting equipment I bought, and there's no Auto Headlights functionality in the LCM. Also, other items in the package were scratched and chipped, but that's okay.

He's logged on multiple times here but chooses not to respond to my IMs or e-mails. I HATE doing this public announcement routine, but it seems like the only way to warn others from getting burnt.

Has this issue been resolved because I have been considering buying this unit?
