Quick lease question about tires

I want to replace the tires on my car before we start getting much snow, and have a question. The car is leased and will be up in a year, so the tires I install will be on the car at the time of return. On the BMW lease guide it says I must return it with "Five (5) serviceable, BMW recommended tires." Is there a list of BMW recommended tires?

Currently I have 205-50-17 Goodyear RSA Runflats which I do not want to keep. I would like to go with a non-runflat 225-45-17 and be able to return it without any problems. Can I buy any tire?

Thanks,
Greg

From what I've heard, you'll need similarly spec'd RFT's.
