My Ride: 2000 328Ci
Tire Size qestion.. 225 - 235

Greetings.. I'm new here and was wondering if a 235 45 17 is alright to put o a 17X8 wheel.. I know that the standard size is 225 but I want to stay closer to my current 19" set-up height wise.. Help me out.. Thanks

Yes, 235/45R17 fits on an 8" wheel with no problem.

or a 235/40 which with it's slightly smaller diameter, gives you an effectively lower drive ratio which many consider beneficial........
