Contact Xtec - A lot of their components have failure issues.
If they don't resolve it call us we'll switch you to Prolumen.

Best of luck!

ballast issues?.....
you didn't touch the bulb did you?
my guess would be failure in the ballast....

Did you test them before installing? Was everything working?

D-rock,

Sounds like there is something mixed up in the wiring. If there was something wrong with the bulbs or ballasts, they would NEVER turn on (ie, a burnt-out bulb would never turn on, so if your fogs are turning on but turn off when you switch something else, then it looks like it may be wiring related). One thing to note is that the fogs always turn off when you turn on your high beams.

PS: In the worst case where there is something wrong with a bulb or ballast, DO NOT WORRY. You have a no-cost lifetime warranty on all parts, so all you need to do is email your vendor and they will send you brand new parts at no extra cost. No need to spend hundreds of dollars on other kits. XTECs are great kits.

I'm assuming you've wired the foglights power directly into the HID ballasts - the LCM may have an issue with the nature of the HID's current draw (starting out high and then tapering off). You could try using a relay and running them directly from the battery. If that doesn't solve the flickering I would contact your retailer.

I dunno why I said flickering. I would run them on a separate harness to solve the issue, but I don't know what to tell you otherwise - I've never personally encountered that issue.
