this is the best tasting protein I've ever had
its more money and not as h/c as some of the others but for me thats a compromise I'm willing to take to really enjoy it

Wow great info.
I heard deep fried stuff is bad? Is it true that you can't get a 6 pack if you eat deep fried stuff? |

To have a visible 6 pack, you need to have some decent ab muscles, but most importantly, a low BF%. The average person starts showing abs at arounf 10% or so. To lower your BF%, you have to burn more calories than you consume, so it is possible to eat deep fried food and still show abs as long as it fits into your daily calories, but deep fried food is very unhealthy

Those are egg whites and are the healthiest part of the egg. You should try to get some yolk once and a while because there are tons of nutrients in the yolk but as a pure clean protein source, you can't beat egg whites.
I personally have to cook them but if you can do it raw, I guess that saves you some time. |

![]() I'm assuming you mean the gyros you can get at the local fast food-ish Greek place... If that's the case, gyro meat is about as healthy as a hot dog. It's a mix of several kinds of meat with lots of preservatives and grease/oil. Now, if you are able to verify that what you're getting is 100% lamb, then it's a very good meat selection. I love lamb, but I won't go near 99% of gyros you can buy. Paul, yes. Yam = sweet potato. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sweet_potato
