Who else hates angel eyes? - Page 5

I have 6k chromiums, and i love them (age 22). When your starting off, when your car only has the angel eyes, it looks, well...not bad, but like its missing something. But when you have the angel eyes on and start to say add different grills, maybe a front spoiler/lip, and matching the lights with 6k, the car starts to change into an eyecatcher in a very good way....

I think they're awesome. I'm not into the blingy super white or colors. I like the OEM looking tungsten color.

They just look sick in the rear view, I think I wanted angle eyes more than I wanted a BMW!

29, no. i think theyre too bright. if i could find some that lit up like a stock 5er, id consider it. i really like my friends 530 with them, just a quiet glow around the lights. but judging from all the internet hype and loads of sigs with ddes, they look way too bright. ive never seen the aftermarket halos in person, just on internet. anybody in maine wanna show em off?

i like the way they look...but i also dont cuz i hear ppl with problems with ballasts/rings goin out and having headlight condensation issues.

mixed feelings here. i like them and have had 2 different sets (the old ones with the bulbs and the newer ones with the filament). at the same time, i dont like much attention, and dont want my car to stand out too much. well, id still have them if one of the boxes didnt burn up from water damage (rain). i dont think i'll get them back on my car unless i can get another power box for dirt cheap.

i got them on my ride. and it's an eye catcher

and head turner. it's one of the first things that people notice about my car and ask about. i respect everyone elses opinion but how can you not like them. they are unique to BMW's and make them stand out even more. i voted yes btw.

I only like them on the E39. Even BMW didn't do them right on any of the newer models. The E39 had a properly designed housing and ring mount so that you get virtually no reflection or wash out from the rings or any other lights in the housing. They don't necessarily look bad on E46s if you got the good kits but I'm still waiting for them to appear oem with the same quality as on the E39.
