Question Wheels or Kit?

K guys, need some advice!

I will have some $$ to spend. But on what?
I have Springs, Front Bumper, but no rear or sides!
I still need Rear and sides. the ACS rear and Hamann Sides or Hamann rear and sides.

But i also need wheel

I will be buying these wheels
(same color) in a 19x8.5 and 19x9.5.

Question is what should i buy first?

wheels, they make a more dramatic diferance in appearance and in some cases handling.
