You sure about that, i heard that the shock sensor was something that you have to add on to the factory alarm. I know my car didnt come with it and I dont think theres a difference between the coupe's and sedan's alarm.

My Ride: 2010 Nissan

The E46 alarm gives you standard intrusion alarm, motion and hypersonic sensor, and TILT sensor (in the trunk). There is NO SHOCK sensor standard.
