problem with angel eye

i have a 2000 323i and i recently just added on cdl angel eyes to the stock headlights, all of a sudden now one of the rings will only like up halfway.. do i need a new ring or is it sumthing with the connection????

i would first check all your connections and every inch of wire and if that is fine i would then contact the person you bought them from

My Ride: 2001 BMW 330 CI

I had one like that also. Turns out only one of the connections was on the ring. The other side had become disconnected. I soldered it up and bam. Good to go. Currently I think I need a new transformer. Oh well. Thats what I get for getting the cheap ebay halos.
