This one is real easy...you'll see the cabin air filter housing when you pop the hood. It is located near the fire wall in the center of the far side of the engine bay (it's basically under the area where the hood vent is when the hood is closed). You'll see three clips that will easily come off by hand, and underneath is the cabin air filter that slides right out for the easy change.

Now removing the cabin air filter housing is a slightly different story. There are just a few more screws to undo and steps to take but nothing too difficult.

Any Tie Rod change out DIY and Steering Rack change out DIY? Im also looking for alignment specs for a 323Ci w/ Sport package. I think Ive seen some for the 330i though... Any pointers will be appreciated while I search also. VielenDank!

Thanks..I wasnt sure if that was it..I remember seeing that a long time ago..

BTW does the dealer replace that under maintenance??

Excellent info on Alignments. Be INFORMED before you go in on whether you have standard, sport, rough road or all wheel drive suspension at least.
