I started flushing my nose with cold water. Wash your hands really good. and splash water up your nose like you would to your face. It works. You can also try a saline nose spray. I never step outside with my hair wet. The stuff clings to your body. Washing your face when you come in the house helps. too At work, I wash my arms and wipe my face with a damp towel.

Drink lots of water too. That's what you can do. I don't like taking medicine, so this works. You wouldn't park your car under a tree, right?

i thought i was the only one... I wake up and f@cking sneeze for like 10 minutes with red eyes... I clean my nose with water, then put toilet paper in my nose to dry it completely and it works... but then an hour later I start sneezing again... weird thing is, if I leave my house it doesn't happen in public

I think you are allergic to something in your house. Maybe all the dust. I have the same problem. Try an air purifier. It works wonders. Also vacuum and dust more often. They also have hypoallergenic sheet covers. I think I read that silk was naturally hypoallergenic, so it's another excuse to switch to silk.

uhh, I hate allergy season...my nose clogs up and gets runny, my sinuses hurt, i have a headache, eyes watery, non-stop sneezing

I take Equaline's substitute to Claritin...it dissolves in your mouth, and it's the only allergy medicine which is non-drowsy to actually work.

but actually, lately. I haven't had an allergy problem (great, now tomorrow, i'll probably get one)

My doc injected me with a low dose of cortisone that works for about 45 days and lowers your immune system reaction against the pollen. It's like 0.7-0.9mg's a day, so way below the critical 7mg-level...

I used to have swollen eyes (itchy and tearing), a closed nose and headaches en masse too, but this stuff really helped me out big time

This man speaks the truth! I've been doing cortisone shots for three years. Its WORTH it 100%. Most doctors(in least in my area) don't like doing it, but find one that does.
