Is it worth/possible changing the screen on my OEM bmw nav??

Hi,

I have the bmw business lcd nav system (Monochrome screen), which uses the same nav computer as the ones in the current color screen systems. I believe it is a phillips system. I was wondering if it was economically possible to add a color screen to the nav computer, or should i just rip the whole thing out and stick a decent dvd system in??.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

These guys have done all sorts of wild Nav stuff, including adding TV tuners and DVDs to it...
