Very dim P46 Ring...
It looks almost off but if you disconnect it from power it goes completely off I have verified all connections yet to no avail, it was working splendid last night and this morning. I returned from breakfast to notice one had failed, anybody have any suggestions that I can try before warranty return?

Nick,
Try swapping the ballast from the dim side to the non dim side and vice versa to see if the problem switches sides. |

I tried hooking it up on the same ballast but tried the other power connector and the ring still is dim... I will attempt and swap ballasts from one side to ther other tomorrow morning...

If only one of the rings on a single ballast is dim, then it is the ring and not the ballast. Swapping them is pointless at this point. Get a replacement ring.

Not necessarily, you can have a bad ballast that only causes one ring to go dim.
