You can fit coupe headlights on a sedan but you have to transfer the outer cover and turn signals. The coupe lens cover and turn signals will not fit on your sedan without fender modifications.

it can be done with coupe fenders or some pre-fab from the body shop.

I was interested in this too. Damn I thought it could be done without fenders.

I'm pretty sure you'd also need a coupe hood.

Check the M3 engine swap post by MITE46. About 100 pages into the thread, he does a coupe headlight swap on a sedan. A bodyshop has to merge the fenders together. This would result in 2 new fenders, bodywork, new headlights and trim, and paint. I would imagine you would be looking at well over $2-3k

Bump.
I had recently bought some m3 headlight covers by accident and I was going to change out my front ambers anyway, so now I am wondering if I could use those headlight covers along with possibly m3 or any coupe turn signals. Cliff notes: Bought wrong headlight covers. From m3 coupe. Wondering if can buy aftermarket turn signals to fit wrong headlight covers. -Rotha

Rotha,
Unfortunately not because your fender cut outs will not match up with the coupe corners. You can buy sedan covers or reuse your stock clear covers to transplant into the new coupe headlights. |
