LCM error message Help!

Well, a few weeks ago i installed my Hid Kit, BTW its an aftermarket kit... The light message for my front bulbs come on but thats ok because i know i have an aftermarket kit and i need to get everything reflashed or even by removing the fuse... The issue now is that when i start the car it shows bulb error on my rear lights, this seems strange since the rear bulbs work flawlessly. Once i step on the brake pedal the light stays off. This is starting to piss me cause i don't see a reason for them to come on (REAR) sock bulbs untouched.

could have something to do with the headlight error. unlikely, but try pulling fuse 32 for the headlights and see what happens. if both goes away, then you now know it was somehow connected to the HID kit that you used.

check the rear connections, for corrosion between the bulb base and the metal plate that sits on.

the low voltage (3v iirc) pulse the LCM sends every 30 seconds to check the bulbs for continuity may not be enough to pass through the corrosion but the 12v (once you hit the brakes) passes so bulb lits and error goes away.
