BMW newbie from alaska!

im a new owner of a jet black 2004 330ci with 17000 miles on it from anchorage alaska!
i baught the car when i was home for r&r in late may.
i am currently deployed in iraq and stationed out of schweinfurt germany.
i fell in love with bmw'safter renting them through out my stay in germany. i
already have some ideas for mods on my car.


iv seen some pics on e46's with blue l.e.d's in the interior. does anyone know how this is done ? ( converting from amber to blue )





ill post a couple pics i took while i was home as soon as i get them from my brother back home.

Light emiting diodes are comprised of two to 6 plates with microscopic holes in each, depending upon which plate grabs the free electron will dictateed the light color

sorry, i just put up a pic of the blue interior led's......
iv tried searching to try and find info on them but i could only find stuff for the e36...

I can tell that you have a great looking car. Dont do the blue led. looks tacky and its so much work. The orange is so german. Welcome.
