Front license Plate holder for 330CI installation Possible without damage to bumper?

I'm just wondering if it's possible to install the front plate holder for a 330CI without drilling into the bumper with thouse nasty screws?? The car has a slot that the plate holder fits into but it's very loose and your supposed to use the other 2 screws to make it secure to the bumper but I don't want to screw the bumper up by making holes in it. Is there any other solution??

I don't screw my euro front plate. Just clip it and it holds fine.
