remus vs. uuc sound

so ive got the uuc tse, real loud, on the inside too, its the way its supoosed to be, its not messed up, niiiiice tone to it, but a littel too loud fo rmy taste, but damn, i defently noticed a performance improvement, nothing that wowed, but a little improvement, my question is is if i take off just the muffler part of the uuc and put in the remus, will it still be just as loud on the inside? is it the muffler that makes it that loud or is it the fact that i took out the resonator???

It will be quieter with a Remus with one resonator taken out. It will be deeper but not louder. It's not the missing resonator that makes the UUC sound loud. It's the twin can design. The missing resonators just help the flow and increase sound a tiny bit. People have taken out resonators on their AA, dinan, supersprint, hamann, acs and remus and other exhuasts but they still arent as loud as the uuc. maybe the tri flo with a missing resonator will be louder than the UUC TSE.

When did you install it? There is a break in period.

how about if i don't removed the resonator on UUC TSE, Will it still be Louder than remus with resonator removed????

way back, not sure exactly when but its been months since i got it installed. for sure its past break in, but it did get a little quiter since i first installed it

I got the R/D and it is very quiet. The Dinan CAI is what made it sound sweet. Especially in my power band.

i think i'm gonna get remus also.. if it's too loud - i will sale it..

i doubt remus improves performance as much as UUC.
